Student Profile

Jacinta Hunt

Spa Therapist and Food and Beverage Attendant, Daydream Island

'The Diploma of Resort Management (Spa) course allows for training in all aspects of a resort career. It was very exciting and interesting. The qualifications gained throughout the course gave me the opportunity for future employment interstate and overseas, in areas such as hospitality, management, tourism and spa.'

'I enjoyed the transition between studying Resort Management at William Angliss Institute and spa training at Elly Lukas College. It broke the week up, allowing us to focus on hospitality, management and tourism at William Angliss Institute and spa and beauty at Elly Lukas Beauty Therapy College. Having the two training providers meant we were learning skills from beauty therapy professionals. As both William Angliss Institute and Elly Lukas College come so highly recommended, it was a great honour and great opportunity to learn in these well known environments.

'The best part of my current job is being located on an island. It allows me to work in paradise conditions, meet a lot of people and live the island life!'
